If you have any questions about your order and would like to return or exchange an item, please email support@zorynt.com within 30 days of receipt and we will respond quickly with a prepaid shipping label and refund processing details. You will need to pay for shipping if the item is returned, unless it is a quality issue. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Measurement Tips:

Leave a 2-finger gap for comfort (the collar should slide freely under two fingers).
